Grape variety 100 % chardonnay
The grapes are selected and vinified with care. The grapes are harvested earlier than those destined for still wines, in order to maintain the acidity which gives freshness to the Cremant de Bourgogne.
The bubbles result from the addition of a small amount of grape sugar and yeast when the wine is bottled. This initiates a second alcoholic fermentation, which produces the carbon dioxide responsible for the bubbles.
Alcoholic strength : 12°
The ideal accompaniment to an aperitif buffet; whether served as a “kir” or not.
